About Bridging Technologies ATL

Building Digital Independence.

Bridging Technologies ATL is an AI-enabled digital-independence company that helps older adults and digitally underserved communities safely and confidently participate in modern life.

Our mission

Bridging Technologies ATL empowers older adults and digitally underserved communities to navigate modern life with greater confidence, safety, and independence through practical technology education, human-centered support, and accessible artificial intelligence.

Our promise

We make technology understandable, practical, and useful for everyday life.

The change we work toward

From technology frustration to digital confidence. From attendance to independence.

Who we serve

Older adults are our flagship population — the community our work began with and the one we know best. They are not the boundary of the company. The same practical approach extends to digitally underserved communities, and to the cities, financial institutions, healthcare organizations, libraries, senior-living providers, and partners who serve them.

How we work

  • Patient, not patronizing

We meet people where they are and never talk down to them.

  • Knowledgeable, not overly technical

Plain language first. Jargon only when it genuinely helps.

  • Professional, not cold

Institutionally credible and recognizably human at the same time.

  • Protective, not fear-driven

We teach people to pause, verify, and respond — not to be afraid.

  • Innovative, not intimidating

New technology, introduced in a way that feels approachable.

  • Community-centered

Built with the communities we serve, and measured in their terms.
